1 我已来到活水流淌之地，
迦南岸边微风轻吹；
我在基督里得了稳妥的避难处，
他拿上好的麦子给我吃。
1 I have reach’d the land where living waters flow,
Where from Canaan’s shore the gentle breezes blow;
Here I find in Christ a sure and safe retreat,
And he feeds me with the finest of the wheat.

荣耀归给神，因这蒙福、蒙福的安息，
我天天在亲爱救主的怀中得着！
因我与他甘甜相交，亲口交谈，
他拿上好的麦子给我吃。
