一切战兢的思想都走开）
醒来，奔跑天上的赛程，
披上欢乐的勇气。
1 Awake our Souls, (away, our Fears,
Let every trembling Thought be gone)
Awake, and run the heavenly Race
And put a chearful Courage on.
2 诚然这是窄而多荆棘的路，
属死的灵疲乏昏弱；
但他们忘记了大能的神，
他喂养每一位圣徒的力量。
2 True, 'tis a straight and thorny Road,
And mortal Spirits tire and faint;
But they forget the mighty God,
That feeds the Strength of every Saint.
3 大能的神啊，你无比的能力
永远新、永远年轻，
当无尽的年岁，
运行它们永远的循环，它仍坚固长存。
3 O mighty God thy matchless Power
Is ever new, and ever young,
And firm endures while endless Years
Their everlasting Circles run.
4 从你，这涌流的泉源，

必疲乏困倦，全然跌倒。
4 From thee the overflowing Spring,
Our Souls shall drink a fresh Supply;
While such as trust their native Strength
Shall melt away and droop, and die.

5 Swift as an Eagle cuts the Air,
We'll mount aloft to thine Abode
