奋力前进；
天上的赛程需要你的热心，
并有不朽的冠冕。

And press with vigour on;
An heavenly race demands thy zeal,
And an immortal crown.
2 有一大片云彩般的见证人围着你，

要忘记背后，
向前催促你的路。

Hold thee in full survey;
Forget the steps already trod,
And onward urge thy way.

Which calls thee from on high:
'Tis hos own hand presents the prize
To thine aspiring eye.
