1 兴起，发光！撒冷帝城，兴起；
昂起你高耸的头，抬起你的眼睛！
看天向你敞开它闪耀的门户，
白昼的洪流向你冲来。
1 Rise, crowned with light, imperial Salem, rise;
Exalt thy towering head and lift thine eyes!
See heaven its sparkling portals wide display,
And break upon thee in a flood of day.
2 看一个长久的族类装饰你宽广的院宇，
看将来的儿子，尚未出生的女儿，
从四面拥挤的行列中兴起，
要求生命，急切盼望诸天。
2 See a long race thy spacious courts adorn,
See future sons, and daughters yet unborn,
In crowding ranks on every side arise,
Demanding life, impatient for the skies.
3 看野蛮的万国在你门口等候，
在你的光中行走，在你的殿中俯身；
看你明亮的祭坛挤满俯伏的君王，
各地都带来欢乐的贡物。
3 See barbarous nations at thy gates attend,
Walk in thy light, and in thy temple bend:
See Thy bright altars thronged with prostrate kings,
While every land its joyous tribute brings.
4 天必如烟消散，地必渐渐旧了，
岩石化为尘土，山岭消失；
但他的话坚定，他拯救的大能长存；
你的国要存留，你自己的弥赛亚掌权。
4 The seas shall waste, the skies in smoke decay,
Rocks fall to dust, and mountains melt away;
But fixed His word, His saving power remains;
Thy realm shall last, thy own Messiah reigns.
